Light needs: High light.
Best temperatures: 50-60ºF (10-16ºC) in fall while buds are forming, then keep at room temperature.
Water and humidity needs: Let soil dry between waterings.
Growing guidelines: Grow in all-purpose potting mix with added sand. Fertilize once a month while blooming. Put outdoors for the summer, then allow a cool, drier rest period in fall to encourage blooming.
Common problems: Aphids and mealybugs.
Propagation: Stem cuttings and seeds.
Comments: May be difficult to encourage the plant to bloom again.
